Artist Bio
Emma Zukovic is a queer Irish-Macedonian artist and filmmaker based in the west of Ireland. A 2016 graduate of Limerick School of Art and Design with first-class honours, their work explores themes of identity, memory, and belonging through a deeply personal and interdisciplinary lens.
Since graduating, Zukovic has exhibited extensively across Ireland and internationally, with their practice recognised through numerous awards, bursaries, and artist residencies. Rooted in dual heritage and queer experience, their films and visual work often evoke the subtle tension between nostalgia and dislocation, balancing tenderness with unease.
